🔌 Seal Connector — terms of use
⚠️ This connector is a PROGRAM to run on your own machines: it needs someone who administers your systems. It is required neither to seal a work nor to display the seal on your site — neither of those takes any code.

⚠️ The description is the ONLY text that travels to Seal — and it is kept there, because the person approving must see what they are approving. Never put a name, an account number or personal data in it: put a reference your own system can resolve (“Loan #4521”, “File C-90218”).
Your software never calls the Internet: it drops an authorization request into a file folder and reads the answer back whenever it wants. The connector, installed wherever you like, is the only piece talking to Seal — OUTBOUND calls only, no port to open. A local interface (127.0.0.1) is available if your software prefers to query the connector directly.
- The Seal Connector remains at all times the property of Technologies Marco Prive (LIFAIO). No ownership is transferred: you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for the duration of your active Seal LIFAIO subscription.
- Permitted use ONLY for its intended purpose: relaying authorization requests and answers between YOUR software and Seal LIFAIO, for YOUR organization.
- PROHIBITED: decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, extracting or deriving the code, bypassing or altering its checks, reselling, renting, redistributing, publishing or assigning the connector, in whole or in part.
- PROHIBITED to use the connector to build a competing product or to access the service on behalf of a non-subscribing third party.
- The connector is provided “as is”, without warranty. Seal LIFAIO confirms the issuance and integrity of authorizations — acting on them and keeping the proofs remain your organization's responsibility.
- Any breach terminates the licence immediately and may lead to suspension of the account.
