Privacy policy

Seal LIFAIO is operated by Technologies Marco Prive, in Québec, Canada. This policy says what we hold, why, and what you can demand. Every statement below matches what the code actually does.

Two fields: your first name and your email. Plus your password (hashed, never readable), your second factor, and your subscription status. Your first name is the only item shown to whoever verifies you. We hold no surname, no date of birth, no address, no phone number.

Your legal name, your country and region, your contact email (which is your login), the telephone number you chose to publish, and the status of your proofs and subscription. We also hold the NAME OF THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON you enter when the file is opened — we use it to know who binds the organisation, and it is never shown publicly. Finally, the IP address from which consent and the role attestation were given is kept alongside them: that is what makes a consent demonstrable, and it is the only thing we use it for.

An identifier and a label YOU choose (« Truck 4 »). No email, no telephone, no name required. We therefore can never reach one of your employees directly — that is deliberate.

If you add an alert address, it must be a function address and not a person's, and you certify this to us. It is used only for security alerts, never displayed or shared, and removable in one click.

To open an account and recognise you on it, to produce the verifications you ask of us, to bill you, and to warn you when something serious happens. For nothing else. We sell nothing, profile nobody, and show no advertising.

Stripe (payments and identity verification), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email). Each acts on our behalf and on our instructions. We disclose your information to nobody else, unless the law requires it. Add to these Prighter Group, our representative, which collects your IP address when you use our Trust Center — solely to determine the applicable framework and the competent authority.

These providers process information outside Québec, mainly in the United States. We assessed that communication as the law requires before making it.

As long as your account exists. After that, erasure is immediate and covers EVERY row that designates you — those carrying your identifier, and those that designate you through their parent row, such as authorisation signatures or the co-holders of a work. Seals and public anchors already produced remain — that is their purpose — but they carry no personal information: an identifier, a fingerprint, a date.

See what we hold, have it corrected, have it erased, and withdraw your consent. Write to the officer below, or do it yourself from your own page: erasure there is immediate and requires no request.

From your page, one button hands you everything we hold about you, in a structured JSON file. Secrets (password, second factor, tokens) are removed: handing them to you in a downloaded file would give away the means to impersonate you.

Passwords hashed with a salt and 100,000 iterations, a mandatory second factor for accounts that protect an identity, encryption in transit everywhere, and Vault keys derived on demand — never stored.

We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned.

We value your privacy and your rights as a data subject and have therefore appointed Prighter Group with its local partners as our privacy representative and your point of contact for the following regions:

Technologies Marco Prive is established in Canada. Where the law requires it, we have appointed a representative whom you — or a supervisory authority — may contact directly, in your own jurisdiction. Each appointment can be verified online.
