Two numbers that go up. That's all.
We want to know whether our ads work. We refuse to find out by following you around. So here is exactly what this page does, and exactly what it does not.
What is counted
- One integer per language and per channel: how many times the page was shown.
- A second integer: how many clicks went to our sign-up page.
- The channel comes from the link we built for the ad — not from you.
What does not exist
- No cookie, nothing stored in your browser.
- No IP address recorded, not even truncated, not even for a second.
- No third-party script: not Google, not Meta, not anyone. This page loads nothing from anywhere but here.
- No browser fingerprint, no identifier, no profile.
- No way to link two visits together — so no way to know you came back.
And here is the limit, since nobody else will tell you: this counter counts views, not people. Ten views might be ten people, or one person reloading ten times. An analytics tool would know the difference — that is precisely what it buys in exchange for surveillance. We accept not knowing. Robots that declare themselves are skipped; those that lie are counted, and we have no honest way to tell them apart.
