Refund Policy — Seal LIFAIO

Verification fee (US$35, one-time): fully refunded if the verification fails through our fault or cannot be performed; non-refundable once the verification has been performed — the service has then been rendered.

Subscriptions: cancellable anytime from the portal ("Manage my subscription"); access continues until the end of the paid period; started periods are not refunded, except where required by law or in case of our error. Refunds are issued by Stripe, our processor, to the original payment method.
